For over ten years he has been specialising in M&A transactions, financial due diligence reorganisations and company valuations. He has worked at Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, KPMG and RSM Studio Palea Lauri Gerla. He has an entrepreneurial background in the industrial sector, which ended with a successful turnaround operation.

Giuseppe Covini

Director at ApicAll. He has over fifteen years of professional experience in corporate finance (including M&A transactions, financial restructurings, leveraged and acquisition finance, and financial due diligence) and in asset management (private equity and hedge funds). He has worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Efibanca, Vitale & Associati, Sinarka Advisor (a Swiss investment advisor for hedge funds), The European House – Ambrosetti, EOS Investment Management Ltd and CDI Global. He has served as Chief Financial Officer at Giordano Vini and as Head of Consolidated Financial Statements at Italian Wine Brands, a company listed on the EGM.

Loredana Dolce

A professional with nine years of experience in origination and client relationship in M&A, IPOs, company valuations and company assessment, gained in collaboration with leading professional firms specialising in advisory and corporate finance activities. For more than 20 years, she has held commercial and key customer relationships with primary clients, and has extensive experience in the training and coaching of commercial networks and advisors.

Lorenzo Vironda Gambin

Senior Analyst and Chartered Accountant Trainee. He holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance and Financial Markets from the University of Turin. He has professional experience in the banking and credit sector, having worked at Intesa Sanpaolo, UBI Banca and PerMicro. He has held roles including Risk Analyst, Credit Analyst and Branch Advisor. He joined ApicAll in November 2022 and focuses on corporate finance activities, business valuations and financial due diligence.

Gianmaria Apruzzese

Analyst at ApicAll. He holds a degree in Management Engineering, with a Master’s specialization in Finance from the Polytechnic University of Turin. He began his professional career as a strategy consultant for startups within the I3P incubator of the Polytechnic University of Turin. He subsequently gained experience as a Supply Chain Analyst at Ernst & Young and as a consultant in the Corporate & Investment Banking division at Deloitte. He then continued his career in France, where he served as a PMO at Airbus.

Mauro Veglia

Twenty years’ experience gained in multinationals based in Europe and the United States, rising to senior roles as Senior Vice President in different business areas (sales, marketing, after sales, product development). In these roles, he acted as CEO of the global Customer Services with the objective of reorienting activities towards the customer, thus gaining profound experience in the management of human resources and project economics of significant worldwide turnaround deals. Since 2019 he has been involved in management consulting activities and services geared towards improving the competitiveness of client companies.

Ruggero Von Wedel

Twenty years of experience in corporate finance / M&A gained with leading investment banks in Italy, England, Germany and Switzerland. In the course of his professional career he has originated and executed transactions in the Euro 50 Mln to 500 Mln range in M&A and private equity and has managed privatisations and structured complex corporate finance transactions. He has held senior management positions at Credit Suisse (in Germany and Switzerland), ABN Amro (Germany), Hill Samuel Bank (UK), Deutsche Bank (Italy) and EFG (Switzerland).

Marco Benatti

Entrepreneur and manager since 1973. He has always been dedicated to innovative or rapidly changing businesses. From the first private televisions (Telenuovo – Telearena), to the first media centres (Medianetwork – Blumedia), from the organisation of business networks (WPP country manager), to the diversification of business models, from VC activities (Magnolia) to M&A activities (Selecta). An expert in start-ups (Virgilio) and in digital transformation processes, he managed a listed group for more than 15 years (Fullsix), acquiring all the necessary skills to manage a public company. In the past two years he has been working on blockchain, AI and future technologies.
